The GM Diet

Lose 3-4 kg of weight in a week !!!

Yes you heard it right...........this can be done and that too without sweating it out in the gym.
My husband introduced me to this diet, last wedding season when he was looking to shed a few kilos to be the "Öh! that dashing dude" at the parties. And he sure was ;)

As this is a tried and tested diet, I thought of putting this on my blog.
There are numerous resources on the internet, where you can find information about the same. But here I am putting in detail how I did the GM diet "my way".
